How do I make a purchase? Choose the product you want, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment at our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store? No. We sell exclusively online, which allows us to offer more competitive prices.

Do you ship to my country? Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, as well as Spain and the United States. Available shipping options will appear at checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking code via email once dispatched.

What are the payment methods? We accept credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay, and, on compatible devices, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I pay with cash or on delivery? At this time, we do not. All payments must be made online through our secure methods.

Can I change my order or address? We can only edit or cancel an order before it is processed. If you need a change, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, no modifications can be made.

Where do the products come from? We work with logistics centers in the USA, Europe, and Asia. We ship from the most efficient warehouse based on your location and availability.

Why did I only receive part of my order? If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking codes.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed? Check your status with the tracking code. If it has exceeded the 12-business-day estimate, contact our support team to follow up with the carrier.
